Functions of the Committee on technical regulation:

Identification of priority needs of the members of the Association in regulatory and technical instruments (standardization, assessment and approval of quality and safety, self-regulation, testing facilities, metrological support)

Determining the level of regulatory documents provision of the products, produced by the members of the Association

Involvement of Association members to work as experts in the committees (groups) of international standardization organizations

Creating of the registry of testing capabilities of enterprises-members of the Association

Creating of the registry of metrological services and measurement capabilities of enterprises-members of the Association

Organization of voluntary certification of products and management systems in the system of voluntary certification "Nanocertifica"

Involvement of the members of the Association to work in the field of technical regulations and participation in the consideration of technical regulations

Formation of the Programme of the regulatory and technical instruments for the members of the Association

Implementation of the proposals of the Association, aimed at reduction of unjustified administrative barriers to the development of the nanotechnology industry

Formation of Association standards (standards of the organization), which set the preferably requirements for the quality and safety of nanotechnology products, obligatory for all members of the Association

Creation and maintaining of the distributed collective Test Center of the Association

Creation and maintaining of the distributed Metrological Centre of the Association and the Metrological Service of the Association

Development and promotion of the self-regulation practices into the activities of the Association and its participants
