Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Economics and Law, degree in law (civil law, banking law).

From 1994 to 1996 worked as a lawyer in commercial structures.

From 1996 to 2009 worked in the Russian National Association of privatized and private enterprises at the post of the head of the legal center, then as the deputy director. While working in the Russian National Association was an expert of the Committee on Economic Policy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Advisor of the Chairman of the Committee. Participated in work of the Center for legislative and parliamentary work. Was a member of the standing committees and working groups of the State Duma, working groups and committees at Russian Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the Russian Ministry of Energy and other government bodies. Led an expert group to develop projects for modernization of corporate technical regulation systems: Unified Energy System of the Russian Federation, JSC "Russian Railways", "Norilsk Nickel" and the other.

Since 2010, the General Director of the "National Institute of Technical Regulation". Since 2011 led the expert group on development of programs to stimulate demand for nanotech products in the Foundation for Development of economic and legal expertise.

In 2013 she became the Director General of RNA
